1. SEAI Attic & Roof Insulation Grant

If you are replacing your roof, it is the perfect time to upgrade your insulation. The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) offers grants up to €1,500 for attic insulation or rafter insulation, depending on home type.

2. Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant

If you purchase a home that has been vacant for over two years, the Croí Cónaithe scheme offers up to €50,000 (vacant) or €70,000 (derelict). These grants can be used for structural roof repairs and complete reroofing if the roof is deemed structurally unsound.
