1. Terms for Homeowners & Users

Constructors.ie is a free directory platform that connects homeowners with local contractors and tradespeople.

2. Terms for Listed Businesses & Contractors

Contractors applying for listings agree to the following conditions:

• Flat-Fee Subscriptions: Constructors.ie operates on a flat-rate monthly or annual subscription fee. We do not charge per-lead fees or extract commission on closed jobs. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time through the Business Dashboard.
• No Refund Policy: Flat listing fees and active promotion budgets are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
• Accuracy of Content: You must ensure that all certifications, credentials, testimonials, company stories, and images (including founder profile portraits) submitted for your listing are accurate and that you have the legal right to display them.
• Content Removal: We reserve the right to suspend or delete any listing that provides false credentials, receives consistent negative homeowner reviews, or violates local safety and building regulations.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Billing services are operated securely through Stripe:

• By purchasing a plan (Foundation, Growth, or Custom), you authorize Viable Media LTD to charge your designated credit card on a recurring basis.
• Stripe handles customer tax details and standard standard billing documentation. Standard Irish VAT (23%) is applied where applicable.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viable Media LTD, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of:

• Contractor-client disputes, project delays, or unfinished construction works.
• Property damage or accidents occurring during contractor visits or projects.
• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the directory service.
• Any content obtained from the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ireland, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
